Responsibilities

Reporting to the Shift Manager for Client Services, you will operate in a high-energy contact center environment where you will be part of our winning team responsible for providing service excellence to our clients through consistently satisfying customer service and sales interactions.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Provide superior customer experience to our clients by your excellent relationship-building skills
  • Delight every customer you contact by ensuring they get the solutions to their needs at the best value
  • Maximize sales results from assigned customer base and from every opportunity at every client interaction
  • Achieve sales targets through proactive upselling and cross selling techniques

Requirements

Your keys to succeeding in this role:

  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills
  • Strong drive and motivation to succeed in sales
  • Resilient and results-driven
  • Strong influencing and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build & maintain effective relationships
  • Strong time management and organisational skills
  • Can multitask (Inbound calls, emails and outbound calls)
  • At least 2 years experience in a customer-centric environment, with significant inbound and outbound sales experience
  • Amenable to amenable to shifting schedules
